Above Ground Weighbridge

This weighbridge is manufactured using 12mm steel plates in a patented profile which allows installation without the use of I beams. The design is robust and allows for easy cleaning and low maintenance. These weighbridges have been proven over many years in the field. Our weighbridges are constructed from heavy 12mm steel forming cross members with an effective 24mm web ensures minimal deflection. This together with self-locking technology on all fasteners with epoxy bonding on all joints ensures that fluids cannot be trapped within the steel structure. As the deck plates are bolt free and load cells not subject to dirt fouling, many years of trouble free operation with only the most basic maintenance can be expected.

Our Weighbridge control system allows for simple operator controls and Computer Management Systems. Ease of use ensures that the operators with the most basic of skills fulfill management’s expectations. The software is customizable to accommodate most client requirements.

We offer individual service and maintenance contracts on all our weighbridges and scales to ensure that we can offer the best possible solution and proactive approach to individual clients’ needs.
