Log master II Gas Filling Scales
The model L2-150-05 is a special purpose built gas weighing and gas control system that allows the filling of all bottle types (customized weights also available).
The digital scale is based on precision state of the art load cell measuring electronics and contains several features that allow the monitoring and management of gas fill where each bottle filled is recorded and stored with the date, time, duration, tare and weight of gas filled and bottle residual.
The system allows the safe operation and control of gas with special safety features that allows operation and monitoring by a remote computer system using fiber optical cable. Several optional features are available that give the scale exceptional operational value in the local environment. These include large bottle monitor and storage from 250 000 to 2 million bottles.
Future developments will include an optional RFID tag identification reader that may be fitted for the automated reading of bottle tare weight and identification.
The fiber optic control on each scale allows the remote real-time monitoring of each bottle with special alarms that may prompt management of gas fill conditions. These include duration of fill and many other features.
